Terms and Conditions for the 14-Day Perfume Return Guarantee:
 

The 14-day perfume return guarantee applies to all selected items purchased
through our website.

1. With each selected items purchased, a sample of selected perfume will be
included for the customer to try without opening the actual product.
2. To be eligible for the return guarantee, the customer must not have used or
opened the item.
3. If the customer is not satisfied with the perfume, they may initiate a return
within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
4. The return request must be made through our website, which may include
providing the order details and reason for the return.
5. The customer is responsible for returning the full bottle of perfume in its
original packaging and in unused condition.
6. The customer to bare cost of return postage, when the item is returned in its
original condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method
within 5 working days.
7. The refund will be for the full purchase price of the item purchased, this
excludes any shipping or handling fees incurred during the initial purchase.
8. This return guarantee is only applicable to purchases made directly through
our website and does not cover products purchased from third-party retailers
or resellers.
9. This return guarantee is subject to compliance with any applicable laws and
regulations and Perfumes of Arabia reserves the right to cancel this 14 day
guarantee scheme at any given time.
