You agree that you will not use the Website for any criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or in any way that would cause harm or distress to any third party, and that we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice if we suspect fraudulent account activity. While we make every attempt to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during the working week, we do use an email system and respond to all emails in the order they are received. At Posch Perfume we only sell authentic products; we do not sell knockoffs or imitations. We do occasionally sell broken things or items that are missing their original packaging (including lid); this is always noted in the product specifications and has no bearing on the product’s quality.

Images are for representational purposes only and may not reflect the actual product. Due to constraints in the photographic process and screen variances, colours of some things, particularly (but not only) cosmetic items, may change. All stock and prices are subject to availability; things added to your basket may vary as you proceed through the checkout process; thus, please double-check your purchase before paying. We accept Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and Delta credit/debit cards, as well as Paypal.  We will not be responsible for any costs or payment processing fees incurred as a result of your selected payment method. Unless otherwise accepted by management, refunds will be performed using the original payment method. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT. Please note that if you utilised Google Translate, prices will still be charged in GBP, however they may display wrongly in another currency at various times during the order process. Posch Perfume does not have a policy of price matching. Prices are provided in Euros (€) and US Dollars ($) where relevant, and are based on an average daily exchange rate. Because we only presently transact in GBP (£), when you add things to your shopping bag, the pricing will revert to GBP (£). The sum charged when your order is processed may vary depending on the exchange rate at the time. Posch Perfume does not keep credit or debit card information. all card payments are processed through a secure service.

Unless there is an obvious error, the pricing of a product will be as displayed on the website at the time you place your order. We will not be liable to supply a product to you at the quoted price if we find an error in the price of a product you have ordered. If this happens, we’ll either contact you to confirm your order at the proper price, or we’ll cancel it and refund your money. At our discretion, orders may be subject to further security checks. This could be confirmation of credit/debit card information, PayPal information, or a complete address. If this information cannot be verified, Posch Perfume maintains the right to request payment by another method or to cancel any transactions. Initial postage pricing stated at the time of order may not be sufficient to pay actual postal expenses in some cases. Posch Perfume reserves the right to seek payment of the difference in postage charges prior to fulfilling and shipping the order if this is the case. Posch Perfume maintains the right to reject or deny orders at any time, to limit the quantity of certain items, and to deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at our management’s discretion. Posch Perfume retains the right to revoke promotional codes, limit their use, and prohibit the use of promotional codes in combination.

Posch Perfume is unable to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to it being sent once it has been placed. Any gift cards that are found to contain rude or improper wording will be left blank by Posch Perfume If Perfumes of Aarbia is unable to fulfil part or all of your purchase due to stock shortages, we will attempt to offer an alternate item or refund your cash for those items that we are unable to supply. Posch Perfume is not obligated to provide any additional compensation in the event of dissatisfaction. If the parcel is subject to customs or import duties once it leaves the UK, the recipient is responsible for paying these fees. If your UK order, which was shipped via Standard Tracked or Express Tracked Delivery, has not arrived within 15 working days, please contact Us, Allow 30 working days for orders shipped outside the United Kingdom. Your package may then be considered ‘missing,’ and we will be able to provide you with a replacement or refund. In the unlikely event of non-delivery, no reimbursement will be given. Due to shipping limits for specific products to destinations outside of the UK, additional postage costs may be required due to the quantity of products that can be sent per order. Posch Perfume will contact you if this is the case. We will contact you to advise prior to the dispatch of the order. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988, we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given written permission and express permission to do so.

Posch Perfume has no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so. Any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by an event or circumstance beyond Perfume of Arabia’s reasonable control, may be of accidental or non-monetary value.
